Going back to the time when my grandma used to eat aloe vera and narrate the valuable stories allied to the same. She used to hearten me as well to eat aloe vera.   1. Take a bowl and mix 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of milk, a pinch of turmeric, and a few drops of rose water. 
  2. Add aloe vera gel to the paste and blend it well.
  3. Apply the paste evenly to your neck and face.
  4. Leave it for 15-20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes rinse it off with lukewarm or cold water.
